Syllabus
Nonprofit managers face a complex and often daunting array of legal rules, and even a group that can’t afford a lawyer is responsible for knowing what they are. From corporate governance to taxes to employee oversight, this course will help you navigate the maze.
Required Text: Jack Siegel’s Desktop Guide for Nonprofit Directors, Officers, and Advisors–a practical guide that all nonprofit managers should have readily at hand. You’ll be referring to it long after the course is over.
